About Our Board Meetings
- Board meetings provide residents with updates on community operations, financial matters, maintenance plans, and upcoming decisions.
- All homeowners are encouraged to attend and stay informed.
- Homeowners are welcome to share questions, concerns, and suggestions during the designated open forum portion of each meeting.

01. Can homeowners attend Board meetings?
Yes. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend Board meetings to stay informed about community decisions and updates.
02. How often are Board meetings held?
Board meetings will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Lake Padgett Club House at 2pm. (No meeting in the month of Dec.)
03. Will meeting agendas be shared in advance?
Yes, agendas will be posted 1 week before the meeting. If you have something you would like to bring up before the board, Please email it to me at soldman@thissoldhouseinc.com
04. How can I speak during a meeting?
During the meeting the chair person will ask if anyone has any comments or concerns they would like addressed.
